The acceptance or rejection of applications is at the sole discretion of the respective institution, and C2WE is neither involved in the decision-making process nor liable for any delay, rejection, or additional requirements requested by the institution.
C2WE reserves the right to cancel an applicant’s registration and delete personal information if:
- The applicant does not meet eligibility requirements.
- Erroneous or fraudulent information is provided.
- The applicant participates in unlawful activities.
- The applicant disregards or omits required procedures.
C2WE is not liable for any costs incurred due to delays in the application process caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee the approval of any application, and final decisions rest solely with the respective educational institutions.
C2WE advises its clients on educational opportunities based on information provided by educational institutions at the time of submission. In cases where information has been updated but not publicly disclosed, C2WE is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from outdated information.
C2WE will use and rely on information provided by the applicant. We will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
It is the applicant's responsibility to provide C2WE with all required information and documentation. If documentation does not meet C2WE’s requirements, C2WE retains the right not to proceed with the application until all required information is received.
If an institution or authority has a deadline for document submission, the applicant must provide documents at least 48 hours before the deadline.
C2WE is not responsible for expenses or delays arising from incomplete application forms, inaccurate/false information, or incomplete supporting documents.
No refunds are provided for any fees paid once an application has been lodged with an institution.
If there is any discrepancy or error in application details, applicants must inform C2WE within 24 hours of submission. C2WE will not be responsible for any damages if the amendment request is raised after 24 hours.
